Sometimes you need to get somewhere beyond the metro area without the hassle of driving yourself. We handle trips throughout Washington and the Pacific Northwest—Portland, Vancouver BC, Spokane, Mount Rainier, the Oregon Coast, wherever you’re headed. You get a professional driver who knows the routes, a comfortable vehicle, and the freedom to work, relax, or just enjoy the scenery while someone else handles the road.
Long distance rides work well for business trips where you need to arrive fresh and focused. They’re also popular for family visits, medical appointments in other cities, college tours, and weekend getaways. Instead of dealing with rental car returns, parking, or coordinating multiple drivers, you book one vehicle and we take care of everything door-to-door.
The pricing’s straightforward—based on distance, vehicle type, and any wait time you need. Most clients book round trips, but one-way transfers work too if that’s what makes sense for your schedule. We’ve been running these routes since 2003, so our drivers know the best stops, the traffic patterns, and how to handle weather conditions when the passes get tricky in winter.
Seattle to Portland (175 miles): Business meetings, Timbers games, or just a change of scenery. The I-5 corridor’s pretty straightforward, takes about 3 hours depending on traffic. We do this run several times a week.
Seattle to Vancouver BC (140 miles): Cross-border trips for business or pleasure. Our Vancouver BC car service handles all the border crossing details so you’re not dealing with that stress. Cruise departures from Canada Place are common requests too.
Seattle to Spokane (280 miles): Eastern Washington’s a whole different landscape. About 4.5 hours across the Cascades, popular for Gonzaga events, medical facilities, or business in the Inland Northwest.
Seattle to Leavenworth: Bavarian-themed getaways, especially during Oktoberfest and the Christmas markets. Check our Leavenworth town car service for more details on this route.
Custom Washington routes: Mount Rainier, Mount St. Helens, Olympic Peninsula, Oregon Coast destinations—if you’ve got a specific itinerary in mind, we’ll make it work. Some clients book multi-day trips with overnight stops.
Executive Sedans: Best for solo travelers or couples who want a quiet, comfortable ride. These work great for business trips where you need to take calls or review documents on the way. Smooth, efficient, plenty of trunk space for a couple suitcases.
Luxury SUVs: More room for families or when you’re hauling extra luggage. The higher ride gives you better views of the scenery, and they handle mountain passes better in questionable weather. Popular choice for ski trips and outdoor adventures.
Mercedes Sprinter Vans: Groups up to 14 passengers with all their gear. These are ideal for wedding parties, corporate retreats, or extended family trips where everyone wants to travel together. Way more comfortable than cramming into multiple cars.
Coach Buses: Large groups for corporate events, conference shuttles, or big family reunions. If you’re moving 20+ people, this is the most practical option and keeps everyone on the same schedule.
Your driver shows up on time, handles all the navigation, and knows the route well enough to adjust if there’s construction or an accident. We monitor traffic conditions and your schedule—if you’re running late on the return leg, that’s fine. The vehicle comes stocked with water, you’ve got charging cables available, and Wi-Fi when you need it.
Need to make stops along the way? That’s completely normal—gas station breaks, quick meals, photo ops at scenic viewpoints. We factor in reasonable stop time, and if you want extended wait time at your destination for a meeting or dinner, just let us know when booking. Luggage handling’s included, and we’ll help with bags at both pickup and drop-off.
Anything beyond the greater Seattle metro area where you want a private driver instead of driving yourself. That usually starts around 50+ miles out—Tacoma’s not really long distance, but Portland definitely is.
All three. Some clients book straight one-way transfers. Others need the driver to wait during a meeting, dinner, or event and bring them back the same day.
It’s based on the route, vehicle class, total time, and any stops or wait time. If your plan changes mid-trip, we adjust accordingly—simple and predictable.
Yes. If you have two pickups in Seattle and one drop-off in another city (or the other way around), that’s fine—just share the addresses in order.
Yes—Portland and the Oregon Coast are regular routes. Vancouver BC requires border crossing but we handle that frequently. Other areas depend on distance, just ask.
Happens all the time. Meeting runs late? Dinner takes longer than expected? We adjust, that’s part of the service. Extra time gets added to the final bill but there’s no penalty for flexibility.
Yes, for multi-day itineraries. The driver either stays overnight (you cover the hotel) or we coordinate a return pickup the next day or later. Common for extended business trips or vacation packages.
We calculate based on total distance, vehicle type, and estimated time including any stops or wait time you need. Round trips usually cost less per mile than two separate one-ways. If your plans are complex—multiple pickups, several stops, or an open-ended return—we can do hourly rates instead.
Tolls and parking fees get added to the final bill if applicable. No surprise charges, everything’s discussed up front. Corporate accounts can set up monthly billing if you’re doing regular Portland runs or other repeated routes. Compare it to renting a car, paying for gas, dealing with parking, and your own time behind the wheel—for longer trips, a private driver often makes more sense.
